MEDLoader: Writing, reading MED files

MEDLoader is built on top of the MEDCoupling library and uses its core structure (Arrays of data DataArray, Meshes Meshes, Fields Fields). It is an extension dedicated to the writing and reading of mesh and fields to MED files (files with a .med extension).
